How much should a Loot bag Be Worth?

I am planning a 12th birthday party (not for me!) and I want to give away loot bags (No, they are not the dollar-store garbage that everyone throws in the trash afterwards). So far, in the loot bag there is a cute t-shirt from aeropostale http://www.aeropostale.com/home/index.jsp and lip smackers/nail polish http://www.smackers.com/ in the girls. In the guys, there is a chocolate bar, and chaotic cards. I feel like the loot bags aren't enough. Help?

3. well the guys gt ripped off !! heres an idea for both bags besides what you already have girls: a cute necklace or piece of jewelry a keychain ( have the bag be a purse that they can keep!!) guys: get them a shirt too get them cheap backpacks to put the stuff in
4. what about at the party buy those blank wooden picture frames or boxes from michaels (craft store) and have everyone do secret santa then have them take home the picture or box that their friend decorated \ if you get the picture frame then you can take a picture of everyone at the party
