- I'm guessing that you mean a YuGiOh Chaos deck. So firstly go to http://entertainment.upperdeck.com/yugioh/en/gameplay/forbidden/advanced_current_new.aspx to see the most recent banned/limited card list. As far as Chaos decks go you NEED Dark Magician of Chaos. It's effects are just brilliant and it's high attack is sure to limit your opponents chance of winning. Good Luck
